Step 1: First, to download Dead By Daylight on iOS, change the App Store region by going to the App Store > select your iCloud account icon > iCloud account > Country/Region > select the United States.

Step 2: When you re-enter the game, you will receive a request to download the game update. Select OK to agree to download the update with a capacity of 3GB as shown below.
