However, if you are used to extension numbers, this waiting will waste your time quite a lot. Please refer to the instructions below to skip the introduction when calling the numbers of the switchboards and enter the extension number directly.

Dial the switchboard and enter the extension directly
Step 1: First, you still press the switchboard number to call as usual. For example, the picture below is the phone number of Viettel switchboard.
Step 2: Do not press the call key, but hold down the " *" key on the dial pad until the " , " sign appears behind the switchboard number.
Step 3: Enter the extension number to call (1,2,3,4...) after the " , " sign
Step 4: Press the Call button on the screen to dial the number. If there is an extension , you continue to enter as above (eg 1800 8168,1,2,3 )
