Step 1: First, you still press the switchboard number to call as usual. For example, the picture below is the phone number of Viettel switchboard.
Step 2: Do not press the call key, but hold down the " *" key on the dial pad until the " , " sign appears behind the switchboard number.
Step 3: Enter the extension number to call (1,2,3,4...) after the " , " sign
Step 4: Press the Call button on the screen to dial the number. If there is an extension , you continue to enter as above (eg 1800 8168,1,2,3 )
