Review the block list

Step 1: To review the block list, click the 3 horizontal dots icon in the bottom right corner of the main interface of Zalo. Then, click the gear icon in the top right corner, select Message.

Step 2: Scroll down to the Chat section , click Block you to send a message . Here you will see a list of people who are blocked and cannot send you messages. If you want to unblock, just click the Unblock button next to the person's name, then click Delete to finish.
