Recently, a brand new "Dynamic" Windows 11 wallpaper pack was published by Microsoft designer Sergey Kisselev on the Behance website, which is also inspired by the same petals as the original Bloom wallpaper pack, but with a more cheerful color scheme. Kisselev further revealed that these dynamic wallpapers are part of Microsoft's effort to celebrate "the user interface innovations of Windows 11":
However, it is not clear why this wallpaper pack was suddenly removed, nor is it clear whether this move originated from Microsoft's intervention or Sergey Kisselev's personal decision.
