Step 1: Check the shoe label

Step 4: Use baking soda to deodorize shoes
Shoes that are used frequently can have an unpleasant odor. In this case, you can put some baking soda in the shoes and leave them overnight until the odor is gone before washing them.
Step 5: Protect your shoes while washing
Before washing, you should put your shoes in a laundry bag or pillowcase. Then, you add a towel to wrap around the shoes to protect the shoes and reduce noise. You should choose a white towel to avoid fading your shoes.
Step 6: Let shoes dry naturally
You should let your shoes dry naturally instead of using a dryer or heater to avoid the glue from melting. To help your shoes dry quickly and keep their shape, you can use toilet paper or clean newspaper to stuff inside the shoes.
Note: You can wash 2-3 pairs of shoes at the same time, depending on the size of your washing machine.
