Step 1 : Open the spreadsheet that has a list of seniority employees
Step 2 : Put the cursor in the cell to enter the seniority and enter the following formula (with C3 is the cell containing the start date of signing the Contract):
= DATEDIF (C3; TODAY (); "y") & "year" & DATEDIF (C3; TODAY (); "ym") & "month" & DATEDIF (C3; TODAY (); "md") & "date"

Function : The DATEDIF function returns a value, the number of days, months or years between two optional intervals.
Structure : DATEDIF ( Day_dau , Day_cuoi , Tuy_chon )
- Right_dau : The start date of the period to be calculated
- Ngay_cuoi : The end date of the period to be calculated
- Tuy_chon : is optional, determines the calculation results will be returned in the formula. Options include:
- d : The function returns the number of days between two periods.
- m : The function will return the number of months (integer times only) between two periods.
- y : The function will return the number of years (only whole times) between two periods.
- yd : The function will return the odd number of days of the year (number of days yet to round the year) between two periods.
- ym : The function will return the odd number of months of the year (the number of months yet full of years) between two periods.
- md : The function will return the odd number of days of the month (number of days not yet full of months) between two periods.
