Step 1 : Open the spreadsheet that has a list of seniority employees
Step 2 : Put the cursor in the cell to enter the seniority and enter the following formula (with C3 is the cell containing the start date of signing the Contract):
= DATEDIF (C3; TODAY (); "y") & "year" & DATEDIF (C3; TODAY (); "ym") & "month" & DATEDIF (C3; TODAY (); "md") & "date"

Function : The DATEDIF function returns a value, the number of days, months or years between two optional intervals.
