On August 19, developer Game Science will release its first game in nearly a decade: Black Myth: Wukong. This highly challenging action RPG is inspired by Journey to the West, a traditional Chinese literary work about a monk and his three disciples on a journey to seek Buddhist scriptures.
The graphics of Black Myth Wukong in the previous gameplay video received many positive comments because the graphics are very realistic. Unlike other action RPGs, Black Myth: Wukong focuses on predicting and dodging the enemy's next attack moves.
You can also use a variety of spells, including one that allows you to perform a parry-like blocking technique. There's also a shapeshifting spell that allows Sun Wukong to transform into previously defeated enemies or into other animals or insects.
Black Myth: Wukong will be available on PC (via the Epic Game Store, Steam, or WeGame), as well as on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. The action-RPG will not be released on previous-generation consoles.
