Cuong Long DTCL season 7 has no mana, all Cuong Long champions will use their skills when fully charged with rage. The Cuong Long's skills will last 4 seconds until the next charge of rage.
Mostly the Berserkers will deal damage, little control. Only Hecarim can stun enemies and Shen can help dodge. However, players only need Berserkers to have a strong team.
The Dragon Champions of Truth Arena Season 7
Only Hecarim and Shen have control and support, the rest of the Berserker champions will only deal damage. So if you go in the direction of 9 Berserkers, the damage force must be strong and fast.

Build items for Cuong Long season 7
The basic items of the Dragon are divided into two factions, Shyvana, Shen, Sett and Hecarim will basically all have items related to defense or disadvantage such as Blood Armor, Dragon's Claw, Thornmail, Gargoyle Stoneplate, Cloak of Fire, Redemption, Locket of the Iron Solari.
The other side with Kayn, Swain, Senna and especially Xayah will all be damage items, and only Swain will use magic damage items. The remaining characters will use items related to physical damage such as Blue Bow, Hurricane, Death Sword or damage support such as Giant Slayer, Hand of Justice is also very necessary.
Build 9 Cuong Long DTCL season 7
Early Game
Just start light with Berserker champions early game, maybe add tank or damage related champions depending on what you need.
Mid game
If you're lucky enough to find Xayah or Hecarim, you'll have 6 Dragons at this point. If you don't, add Olaf to get more Fighters and Warriors. If you have Xayah's items, you can put them on Senna so she can guard Xayah.

End Game
The mandatory condition for you to get 9 Dragons is to find Shyvana. If you have Dragon's Mark, you can remove any Dragons that you think are unnecessary and add other defensive or crowd control champions.
Or you can switch to Dragon's Rage combined with Shapeshifter as below if you feel you have excess damage. Neeko can turn into a second Shyvana so you should put her next to Dragon Maiden. In the bottom row, Xayah, Ashe and Swain still deal damage to the enemy team. The amount of health added to Shapeshifters will increase significantly if you reach 4 Shapeshifters.
Cuong Long is strong in damage but weak in resistance, control and does not have much support. So in the early to mid game, you should combine many other generals so that the team has more other races. Avoid focusing only on damage which leads to weak resistance.
