Roblox Switch Release Date Rumors

Similar to the PS5 release on Roblox, it is rumored that Nintendo Switch is concerned about the large number of young gamers using their console, especially considering recent reports of exploitation on Roblox, another popular platform for kids. Exclusivity could be the reason for this delay, but the game's availability on multiple new platforms negates that.

Furthermore, a Roblox spokesperson (via The Verge) mentioned that there are no “imminent plans” to bring their popular gaming and social app to the Nintendo Switch. In May 2021, during Roblox’s Q1 earnings report, CEO Dave Baszucki laid out his vision for the future of Roblox, stating that the platform could potentially expand to consoles like the Switch, PlayStation, and Oculus Quest.

Now that we have the game on PlayStation and Quest, it's time to look forward to some progress on the Nintendo side. What do you think of Roblox on Nintendo Switch? Do you think it will launch in 2024? Share your thoughts in the comments below!
