Before I show you how I use Custom GPT, let's take a quick look at some of the biggest reasons you should use Custom GPT.
1. No additional familiarization time
Many people are always happy to try new features and applications. They are also willing to face the additional time needed to get used to the tool, if they think it will be useful. However, it is great when you don’t have to face this and can get started right away.
You can use Custom GPT the same way you would a regular text prompt. You should still ask ChatGPT to be an expert, but other than that, you don't need to do anything else.
2. The results obtained are more accurate
To be fair, ChatGPT is much more accurate than it was when it first launched. However, when using the regular version of the app, users still get inconsistent results. Furthermore, they are often not as customizable as desired.
On the contrary, you always get more accurate results with Custom GPT. For example, a dedicated Custom GPT is much better at giving you what you want when developing a gym habit than a regular chatbot.
How to use Custom GPT
You can use multiple Custom GPTs to improve your ChatGPT experience. Here are two examples of how to use Custom GPTs.
1. Create a gym plan
