Scientists have recently studied and shown that daily behaviors are directly related to our personality. To confirm this is true, below are 5 examples of daily habits that can reveal everything about your personality. Let's find out!
1. Your daily eating habits

Our human perception of life is also reflected in our daily eating habits, specifically:
2. How to hold the cup
To be able to judge a person's personality, the simplest way is to look at the way they hold their drinking cup:
3. The way you bathe also shows about your personality
Your choice of bathtub or shower, as well as your bathing behavior, can reveal something about your personality.
4. How you choose to relax in your spare time
What do you do in your free time? This more or less reveals your communication skills.
5. The way you hang your toilet paper can say a lot about your personality.
Do you often hang toilet paper in the toilet? This has also been recently shown by researchers that the way you hang toilet paper also partly shows your personality and character.
6. Your handshake
Your handshake says a lot about you in just a few seconds, according to Patrick Wanis, Ph.D., a human behavior expert and author who has developed several online psychological, behavioral, and personality assessments. A simple, firm, short handshake with an up-and-down motion suggests a confident personality, while a weak handshake suggests you feel insecure, fearful, or closed off, he says. If you use a two-handed handshake, it suggests aggression or an attempt to dominate. Likewise, a palm-down handshake suggests you are dominant, controlling, and possibly aggressive. Wanis offers another signal to consider: “Always wipe your hands immediately after shaking hands with someone, as that suggests you find the person dirty or that you are overly concerned about germs.”
A study published in the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology proved this. In the experiment, judges were trained to evaluate eight characteristics of a handshake: firmness, temperature, dryness, strength, duration, vitality, texture, and eye contact. The results showed that participants with firmer handshakes described themselves as more emotionally expressive, extroverted, and positive than others. Those with looser handshakes were more shy and neurotic. The judges’ first impressions correlated with this—they agreed that participants with firmer handshakes were more confident and less socially anxious. Interestingly, women with firmer handshakes tended to be more intellectual, more educated, more outgoing, and more open to new experiences.
Have a great time!
