Guild is a clan with a very special mechanism in DTCL season 7. Guild generals will increase the stats for all allies in the team. Guilds will increase this stat more when there are more Guild generals in the team.

Guild Generals DTCL Season 7
Sejuani (Knight - Guild) - 1 gold
Sejuani provides health to all champions in the team, so she is a tank that is often used in the early game. And will be present in any Knight formation.
Twitch (Guild + Arrow) - 2 gold
Armor reduction is a pretty useful debuff in any team comp. If you build Guild or Arrow , put Twitch in your team even in the late game.
Ryze (Mage + Guild) - 3 gold
Ryze is a mid-game carry, but he gains more mana to cast his spells with each use. This means that each cast will take longer.
Talon (Assassin - Guild) - 4 gold
Talon looks to be the main carry for the Assassin team. He has a strong ability that deals some AoE damage.
Bard - (Guild + Mystery + Musician)
This is the champion you need to be able to encounter many 4, 5, 8 and 10 gold champions. In addition, Bard also provides Mystery and mana for the team, which is something that many teams will need.
Equipment for Guild Generals in Truth Arena Season 7
Only Sejuani will need defensive items like Thornmail, Blood Armor, Gargoyle Stoneplate, Dragon's Claw, Redemption. Talon will need physical items and Ryze will need magical items, Twitch can help carry items for Talon. Bard will bring support items like Zeke's Banner, Chalice of Power, Haunted Claw, Locket of the Iron Solari...
You should prioritize BF Sword > Wooden Bow > Sparring Gloves > Silver Cloak for Talon. Items for Ryze include Tear > Oversized Rod > Sparring Gloves. If you get a lot of Hecarim, you can transfer Sejuani's tank items to him.
Build Guild DTCL season 7
Early game
Starting with Twitch and Sejuani, plus a tank and a Marksman to go with Twitch, Ashe is the best champion for this phase.
Mid game
Find Ryze and build 3 Guilds, add 3-cost champions and remove Ashe for more support traits. Olaf will be the damage dealer supporting Ryze and Twitch in the back row, Sylas, Lillia and Sejuani will still be the team's tank.
If you have items, start equipping them to Ryze. Talon's items can be given to Twitch or Olaf to help him carry. Olaf, if he has Bloodthirster, will be both a tank and a defensive unit for the team.
Level to 7 on round 4-1 and add Talon to your team to get 4 Guilds, remove Olaf and add Diana to your team to pair with Talon. Also replace Lillia with Hecarim if you can find him.
End Game
The final milestone you're aiming for is 5 Guilds, if you have Sorcerer's Seal consider giving Bard as he can deal 2x consecutive CC. If you don't have Sorcerer's Seal consider substituting Hecarim if you want more magic damage on your team. Remove Diana and add Pyke to your team for 2 Assassins.
