  • Open recent apps. How to open these apps varies from device to device. On some devices, you can press and hold the home button, while others have a recent apps key.
  • Swipe right to close apps that are using the camera.
• Check if Zoom is allowed to use the camera.

• Try starting the video by tapping  Start video .

• Make sure no other apps are using the camera.
  • Double tap the home button to see all open apps.
  • Swipe up on any device that might be using the camera.
• Confirm that Zoom has camera access.
  • Open   iOS Settings .
  • Tap  Privacy .

  • Enable Zoom access (green).

• Restart your iOS device.
• Delete the Zoom app and reinstall it from the  App Store .
