UltraViewer is designed to support customers and partners remotely. By installing UltraViewer on both computers, you can easily control the remote device as long as you have the provided ID and password. Follow the steps below to get started:

How to Use UltraViewer for Remote Control

Steps Description
Step 1: Launch UltraViewer on both computers. On the other computer's Control section, enter the Partner ID and Password (provided by the partner). Press Start Control.
Note: The machine you’re connecting to must also have UltraViewer open.
Step 2: Wait a few seconds for the connection to be established. Now you can interact with the screen of the other device.
Step 3: You can take screenshots, chat, and customize the display settings for an improved experience.
Step 4: To change the language, click on Settings, hover over Language, and select your preferred language.
