Step 1:
On the Facebook interface on your computer, click on Groups to access the Facebook groups you are participating in.

Next, click on Your Groups to manage the groups you join on Facebook.

Step 4:
In the group you want to leave, click on the Joined button and select Leave group as shown below.

Block others from inviting you to Facebook groups
