To change the look of notes on iPhone, users can change the background color with the available options. iPhone allows you to change the background color of notes with the current note or apply the background color to all notes on iPhone. You access Notes on iPhone and select the note whose background color you want to change. Next, in the note interface, click on the 3-dot icon in the top right corner, then select Use light background .

How to change iPhone notes background color in Settings
Step 1:
In Settings on your iPhone, tap the Notes app to adjust the background color for all notes. In the custom settings interface for notes, tap the Note Background item to adjust.

Then you also see the option of background color interface for notes including Dark and Light to change for all notes on iPhone.

In addition, users can also click on Lines & Grid to add grid lines to notes in iPhone.

Go back to the notes interface and you will see the note background color has changed, along with the lines and grid if you have them enabled. If you want to change the grid back, tap the 3 dots icon and select Lines & Grid .
