To change the look of notes on iPhone, users can change the background color with the available options. iPhone allows you to change the background color of notes with the current note or apply the background color to all notes on iPhone. Instructions to change note background color on iPhone
You access Notes on iPhone and select the note whose background color you want to change. Next, in the note interface, click on the 3-dot icon in the top right corner, then select Use light background .
The result of the note interface on iPhone has changed to a light background color as shown below. You continue to change the background color with other notes.
How to change iPhone notes background color in Settings
Step 1:
In Settings on your iPhone, tap the Notes app to adjust the background color for all notes. In the custom settings interface for notes, tap the Note Background item to adjust.

In addition, users can also click on Lines & Grid to add grid lines to notes in iPhone.
