There are two ways we can do this, either by visiting the game's home page or using the Epic Games Launcher software installed on the computer. However, the game also has certain requirements for the computer to install, specifically:

This method applies to those who have not installed Epic Games Launcher on the computer.
Step 1: You access the home page of the game at https://playdauntless.com/game , then left-click Play Free Now in the upper right corner of the screen as below.
Step 2 : At the next interface, select the version to download. In this article, we are trying to install Dauntless on the computer so we will click on the PC icon .
Select the Dauntless version to install
Step 3: The homepage interface changes, click Free to continue.
Step 4: Log in to your Epic account or you can use one of the linked accounts below to access it.
Step 5: Left click the Place Order .
Step 6: Left-click Install to start downloading this strategy game to your computer.
Step 7: Go here, because the computer does not have Epic Games Launcher, you will need to left-click Download Epic Games Launcher to download this software and install it on your computer.
Step 8: Windows window appears, select the location to save on your computer and then select Save to save.
Step 9: Open the folder containing the downloaded installation file, then double-click to launch.
Install Epic Games Launcher
This game management software works quite well and the installation process is quite simple. At the Epic Games Launcher Setup interface, simply click Install and wait a few minutes for the software to automatically install.
Step 10: When completed, the main interface of Epic Games Launcher as shown below will appear. You log in again your account to continue.
Finally, just select the game or left-click the Install button to install Dauntless .
The process of downloading Dauntless to the computer
For those who already have Epic Games Launcher installed, you can do this to simplify the steps.
Step 1 : Launch the Epic Games Launcher software on the computer and log in to your account.
Step 2: Currently, the Dauntless game is displayed in the main interface, so you can click directly on it. If not, you can select the Store in the list on the left and search for this game.
When the interface as below appears, select Install to start downloading Dauntless from Epic Games Launcher.
Step 3: Mark the tick 
in I Have read and agree ... then select Accept .

Step 4: Select the location you want to install Dauntless on the computer and then Install (or you can click Browse and find the new location).
At this point the download of the game will begin, and we just need to wait for it to complete to play this great monster hunting game.
