This talking cat filter will create a mask filter for your face and there are many different types of talking cat filters. Step 1:
On the Instagram app interface, click on the plus sign to start recording a Story video or livestream on the app. In the video recording interface, scroll down to the right at the filter section.
Step 2:
Tap the magnifying glass icon to access the filter store on the Instagram app. Now tap the small magnifying glass icon to find the effect.
Step 3:
You enter the keyword Talking Cat in the search bar and will see the effect displayed below for us to click to use. On the screen, the user sees the Talking Cat filter displayed, click on the screen to record a video.
Step 4:
You tap on the screen and you will see different cat face changing filters with lots of funny pictures.
If you want to use any Talking Cat filter, click to use it and proceed to record videos, take photos or livestream on Instagram as usual.
