Facebook Fanpage has many settings for you to adjust the display mode as well as other modes for the post. Adjusting the limited mode for posts on Facebook means that you can change the audience for the post, which location can see the post, depending on the purpose of the poster. Then the post on the Fanpage will be displayed according to what you set and the excluded objects or areas will not see the post. The article below will guide you to limit posts on Fanpage.
Instructions for limiting the audience of Fanpage posts
Step 1:
First, you access the Fanpage you want to adjust the post display mode. Next, we click on the Create post button as usual.
Step 2:
In the post box, click on Public as below to change the audience who can see and view the content of the post.
Continue to click on the Restricted Audience section to set the mode for the post.
Step 3:
In this interface, we will set up 2 types of audience restrictions for the post including Age of people who will see the post and Location. Only the audience belonging to these 2 setting options will be able to see the post.
We can choose 1 of 2 audience options to set up for Facebook posts, or use both settings as shown in the picture.
After setting up the audience for the post on the Fanpage, we post the post as usual.
Step 4:
When the post is posted, a gear icon will appear next to the post content, indicating that the post on the Fanpage has a limited audience setting.
