How to log into Facebook computer by scanning a QR code

Facebook allows users to log in on a computer by scanning a QR Code, eliminating the need to enter a password. Simply install Facebook on your mobile device or use the QR Code scanner to easily log into Facebook on your computer. Follow the detailed instructions below:

Note: The feature to log into Facebook on a computer with QR Code is currently in the testing phase for some users. If you don't see this feature yet, please be patient as it rolls out to more users.

Steps to Log into Facebook on a Computer Using QR Codes

Step 1: Access Facebook in browsers such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Mozilla Firefox. On the left corner, locate the Login with Phone section (as shown below). Click on Log in with your Phone to proceed.
Step 2: Use the Facebook application or a QR Code scanner to access Facebook.
Step 3: Open the Facebook app on your smartphone. Tap the three dashes icon in the top right corner, scroll down, and select View All in the Applications section. Click on QR Code, and point your camera at the QR Code displayed on your computer screen to scan it.

Step 4: On your computer, you will see a message saying, "You are about to finish." Click Confirm on your phone to complete the login process on Facebook.
Step 5: Return to the Facebook application on your smartphone and click Allow Login to start interacting, such as sending messages, making calls, commenting, and sharing statuses on Facebook.

That's it! You can now easily log in to Facebook on your computer without the hassle of typing a password. Just scan the QR Code whenever you wish to login.
