1. How to print 2 Word pages on 1 sheet of paper
First, open the Word file you want to adjust the printout for, then click File > Print .
Next, we go to the Settings section , then in the 1 page per Sheet section , click to select the number of pages to print on 1 sheet of paper, here choose 2 pages on 1 sheet of paper . Next, you choose the printer to print. Click the Print button above to proceed with creating the print.
Now display the interface to save the new print on the computer.

2. Instructions for printing Excel on 1 sheet of paper
This spreadsheet is currently 2 pages long and we will adjust it to print on only 1 page.
In the Excel interface, click on Page Layout and then look down at Scale to Fit . Then in Width, select 1 page , and in Height, select 1 page .
The resulting Excel document has been condensed into one sheet of paper.

3. How to print multiple Powerpoint slides in 1 page
We can also shrink PowerPoint slides to print on the same sheet of paper. Open the PowerPoint file and click File > Print .
