When you want to link your mobile device to Windows, you need to sign in to your Microsoft account before managing your mobile device. Linked mobile devices will be displayed in the Microsoft account list. Step 1:
Go to Settings , then click on Bluetooth & devices , then click on Mobile devices in the settings interface next to it.

Step 2:
In this new interface, users continue to click on Manage devices to access the Manage Mobile Devices interface on Windows 11.

Step 3:
Switch to the new interface, users will see the My devices section with the phone devices that they have linked to the Windows computer. Scroll down, click on Remove from account and select Remove to remove from the list of linked mobile devices in the Microsoft account.
