Step 1:
On the post from the Instagram account you want to see the follow time, click on the 3 dots icon in the right corner of the screen.
Now the interface below appears, we click on Why are you seeing this post .
Step 2:
You will now see information, including how long you have followed this Instagram account .
We continue to do this with the accounts that you want to check the time we have tracked.
How to Schedule Your Instagram Follow Time
Step 1:
At your Instagram account interface, we click on Following .
Switching to the new interface, users will see a list of people you are following, with the order of who interacted with you most recently displayed at the top. Tap the 2 arrows icon to adjust.
Step 2:
Now the option to reorder the list of Instagram accounts you are following will appear. We will tap on Date followed: Earliest .
Step 3:
The Instagram accounts you followed the earliest will appear at the top.
