iOS 17.4 adds a live translation feature to Apple Podcasts. When you tap on the transcript icon, you will see the full content for that podcast episode. And Apple Podcasts also supports translating into many different languages for podcast episodes. We can choose which translation languages we want to use for the content of the podcast we are listening to. Here are instructions for live translation on Apple Podcasts.
Apple Podcasts Live Translation Guide
Step 1:
We access Apple Podcasts and open the podcast episode you want to listen to. Next, we click on the transcript icon below.

Step 2:
To display the content for the podcast, we hold down on a content and select Select Text… in the displayed list.

Step 3:
At this time, the Transcript interface appears, you highlight the content that needs to be translated , then click on the arrow icon and select the Translate feature to select the translation feature for the podcast.

Step 4:
Apple Podcasts will now automatically detect the language and translate it into another language. You can tap on the current translation to select a new language for your Apple Podcasts content, with many other supported languages for us to choose from.

Finally, click Copy Translation to copy the translated podcast content and use it for different purposes.
