To use the Breaker power on any unit, you must have Divine Wish and 12 Mythic units or higher which you can get from Anime Adventures codes.
How to Get Divine Wish in Anime Adventures
To earn Divine Wishes in Anime Adventure, you must complete daily challenges. This will ensure you receive one wish each day. Limited-time events will also drop Divine Wishes in the challenge area. Visit the daily challenges and complete them to receive Divine Wishes.

What is Limit Breaker in Anime Adventures?
Sacrificing Mythic or higher units can be a tough decision, so why use Limit Break? Well, this power is an ideal boost for your already strong units. After using Limit Break on any unit, they will permanently increase the damage of all units on the board by 5%.
This will not replace any traits you are using on your Anime Adventures unit. So if you have a high level Anime Adventures unit, don't hesitate to use Limit Breaker on them to increase their damage.
