A. Registration by telephone

After installing the free LINE app on your Android or iOS mobile device, you will go directly to the account registration / login screen . For new users, select New Users to register a new LINE account.

On the Registration screen , the device will automatically identify the country you are living in, below is a mobile phone number in use (country code) + (phone number) format. If you want to change the country, click the arrow in the Vietnam line to select a new one. The list of country names is arranged in alphabetical order. Click Next to register LINE with the phone number of the device in use or manually repair the phone number.

Note: phone numbers are used for the purpose of authenticating users and avoiding misuse of services. Phone numbers are completely confidential and not visible to others. To use LINE, users need to authenticate via their phone number or social network account. This procedure may incur message and data connection charges.

On the next page of the registration process, users will read the Term of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you agree with the terms of service and privacy policy, click Agree with Term and Verify to confirm.

A notification screen with the text " verification code will be sent to this phone number. If you want to change the phone number, please select Cancel " will appear. Click Cancel to change the phone number to register LINE service or Yes to agree. A 4-digit verification code will be sent to your SMS inbox. However, users do not need to enter this code manually, the application will automatically receive the code and complete the LINE account registration process for you.
