Step 1: First, open the Instagram app on your phone. Then, at the main interface of the application, click on Your News item.
Step 2: In the video recording interface, click on Reels at the bottom of the screen.
Step 3: At this time, an introduction to the video recording feature of Instagram Reel will appear on the screen, touch the Start button.
Step 4: In the video creation part of this feature, click on the music note icon to insert background music for the video.

Step 15: After uploading the cover image, click the Done button in the upper right corner of the screen.
Step 16: Write a caption for your video, then tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen.
Step 17: Once the video has been successfully uploaded to your Instagram timeline, click on the video or click on the Instagram Reel feature icon to watch the video.
Step 18 : If you want to delete your video, in the video viewing section, touch the three-dot icon.
Step 19: Next, click Delete .
