Step 1: First, open the Instagram app on your phone. Then, at the main interface of the application, click on Your News item.
Step 2: In the video recording interface, click on Reels at the bottom of the screen.
Step 3: At this time, an introduction to the video recording feature of Instagram Reel will appear on the screen, touch the Start button.
Step 4: In the video creation part of this feature, click on the music note icon to insert background music for the video.
Step 5: On the screen at this time, many songs appear that many people use as background music for videos. Search and select a song you want to insert into your video.
Step 6: Now, select the music you want to include in the video, then click the Done button in the upper right corner of the screen.
Step 7: Return to Instagram Reel's video creation interface, touch the face icon, to select video recording effects.

Step 13: In the cover photo creation section, click the Add from library button at the bottom of the screen.

Step 15: After uploading the cover image, click the Done button in the upper right corner of the screen.
Step 16: Write a caption for your video, then tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen.
Step 17: Once the video has been successfully uploaded to your Instagram timeline, click on the video or click on the Instagram Reel feature icon to watch the video.
Step 18 : If you want to delete your video, in the video viewing section, touch the three-dot icon.
Step 19: Next, click Delete .
