In the main interface of Instagram, click to the personal page , click to continue the three dashes (top right corner) and select Settings (bottom right).

The Settings interface appears, click here to Account.

In the Account window , select the Original picture and turn off the ability to save the original image on your Instagram. After disabling this feature, you will no longer receive pictures posted in your phone's photo library.
