Karthus lineup, build Karthus TFT season 10

This team will rely on Viego, Karthus and Yorick for damage, however you should focus on Karthus and Viego, Yorick can just be a secondary champion to activate the system and support armor and AD reduction. But if you see a lot of Yoricks appearing, you should catch a lot of Yoricks to overwhelm the damage in the late game.

Executioner

Compared to the above lineup, the Executioner seems easier to complete because there are few high-cost champions. Going in this direction, you can flexibly choose Akali True Damage and Akali K/DA. The damage sources of this team will include Karthus, Samira, Akali and Twitch, the rest are mostly support tanks and stuns.

Karthus will be a 4-cost late-game carry if you're aiming for a Executioner or Pentakill and have magic items early on. He'll likely be picked up by a lot of people though, so keep an eye out for anyone playing Pentakill and Executioner early on to quickly level up to 8 and get Karthus on your team.
