Zalo is a popular messaging and calling app loved by many users, offering outstanding features tailored to the needs of Vietnamese people. The usage is simple, requiring only a phone number to quickly activate your Zalo account.
During conversations, many users often send accidental texts without knowing how to retrieve them. Fortunately, the Retrieve feature allows you to get back sent messages quickly, but this option is only available within 5 minutes after sending.
If you realize you've sent a wrong message during a chat, simply press and hold the message, then select Revoke. Remember, this action is effective only within 5 minutes of sending, regardless of whether the recipient has seen it or not.
Once you confirm the action, click OK to delete the message. Both sender and receiver will see the message displaying "The message has been recovered."
To delete a message from a conversation, press and hold the desired message and then tap Delete. This option also allows you to reply, copy, or share the message. However, the message will still be visible to the other participant.
If you wish to delete all messages from a conversation, click the three horizontal dots (Menu) icon in the top right corner of the chat interface, scroll down to Delete Message.
When the confirmation dialog appears, click Yes to clear the conversation. You will then see an empty chat with no messages left.
