Instructions for redeeming codes for rewards
Step 1: Access the Bunkage code redemption link below, log in to the account you played the game with. Select Events > select Redeem with the available giftcodes in the General Giftcode section.
If you receive a private event code when participating in in-game activities, select the Redeem code section. Select the Server and character you want to redeem the code for, then enter the private code in the Event section and select Continue.

Step 2: Next, if the giftcode you redeemed is still valid and you entered it correctly, you will see the message "Giftcode redemption successful".
Receive rewards redeemed from giftcode
Go back to the game, select the rabbit icon on the left side of the screen, then select Mail.
This will include the giftcode letters that you have just redeemed on the code redemption page, the system will paste the letter title so you know what they are. If it is a letter you have just redeemed from a giftcode, the system will attach the title as Giftcode Reward, click on each letter to see the details of what letter it is and select Receive to receive the attached items and currency.
Or you can also choose Quick Receive when viewing the mail list, this way you will receive all the items and currencies that are in every mail.
