To redeem the code, select the Add feature below the map > Settings > select Redeem CDK in Basic Settings > enter the redemption code.
If you redeem the code but don't see the reward?
There are several reasons why you redeem the code but do not see the reward. If you only see the message that the code has expired, the giftcode you just entered has expired. Usually, the newbie code will have a longer lifespan than other giftcodes, and the event code will have a shorter lifespan than the newbie code. So updating the code daily is very necessary to avoid missing any code.
Another reason could be that you entered the wrong code, for example the code requires "TANDAULADAILUC" but you only enter lowercase "tandauladailuc", the system may report an incorrect code. Another reason could be that the code requires a high level, or the correct server to be able to exchange the code for rewards.
