In the latest monthly Minecraft video on the official Minecraft YouTube channel, Mojang revealed that Minecraft 1.21 “Tricky Trials” will be released on June 13th on all supported platforms! The official news post on X confirmed this.

The previous Minecraft 1.20 update was released around 10:00 AM EST (7:00 AM PST or 7:30 PM IST), which is pretty much the same as previous updates. So it's very possible that update 1.21 will also be released on the morning of June 13.
