PUBG: Some terms for beginners

PUBG: Some slang words for newbies

• Game name: PUBG can be read as "Pép-Gi, P-P-Gi" or "P-U-Be-Go" by any player, either in English or Vietnamese.
• Bo: The white circle in the game shows where it is safe and gradually shrinks until there is only one team or last survivor. Or being tripped means that you will be chased by a blue circle outside the white circle, you will gradually lose blood when standing in it, the later the damage the more blood you take.
• Skydiving: After the initial waiting time in the game you will be able to climb on a plane and transport to the battle map, then on the plane you have to parachute down to the selected area. Dropping to skydiving means inviting to shoot PUBG.
• Redbull or energy drinks: The energy drink cans in the game are modeled after American Redbull cans.
• Medicine: Painkiller vial has a higher boosting effect than energy drinks.

• Syringes and needles: Andrenaline Syringe. The highest boost item and also the hardest to find.
• First Aid Kit : Also known as "B-E" by gamers , restores 75% of your health in a short amount of time.
• Med Kit: Call Kit for short, restore 100% health in a short time.
• Bandage: Gamers often call "Ice-Headed" , healing a small amount of health each time they use it.
• Blue bullets / Year ammunition: 5.56mm bullets for AR and DMR.
• Seven bullets: 7.62mm bullets for AR, DMR and SR.
• M4: Short for M416, an AR in the game

• M16: M16A4, another AR, in PUBG two M416 and M16A4 are often confused
• Ka: Short for the Sniper Kar98k, a common sniper gun.
• Nade / Bomb: Frag Grenade, grenade explosion.
• Smoke: Smoke Grenade or smoke pomegranate.
• Stun Grenade : Stun Grenade, a grenade that stuns enemies.
• Fire bombs / Gas bottles: Molotov Cocktail, a homemade petrol bomb.
• Red Dot: Red Dot Sight, a type of in-game accessory.
• Holographics Sight: Called "Hullo" for brevity.

• Types of scope 2x, 3x, 4x, 6x, 8x, 15x: Called "Two-utility" for compact.
• Headshot: Shoot at the head.
• Snuff: Hit. 1 hit is 1 shot. 2 hits is 2 shots.
• Drying / Fan: Dismantling bullets continuously under automatic firing mode.
• Tap: Shoot one by one according to Single mode.
• Plucking mind: Pull the mind when drying to keep bullets in the right direction.
• Lamborghini: Another name for the Mirado car in the game.

• Altar: Second seat on the Buggy. The reason for this is because the seating position on it is too open and easy to get bullets.
• QTV block: A block where QTV streamer used to dance when playing PUBG Near Pochinki. Whenever shooting, this player will jump into that block.
• House of Doraemon: The house looks like the houses in the Doraemon story.

• Restrooms: Small huts are scattered throughout the map.
• Loot stroll: Usually the houses have no name on the map and few people pass by. Items are usually few and "jagged"
• Tower: The buildings are structured like a tower on Erangel map.
• Depots: Sheds have a structure that opens at both ends and has overhead windows.
• Apartments: Buildings with 3 or more 4 floors with lots of loot. Often concentrated in crowded areas.
• Late / Late School Area : The area near the school, where the skydiving players will enter School after they shoot each other to muddy the water.

• Camp: Sit in a defensive position so other players can come and shoot.
• Check: Check if there are enemies in that area or not.
• Clear: Safe area without enemies.
• Clear Team / Ganh Team: Kill all other teams alone.
• Squeeze: Kill all enemies that are being knocked out, not for teammates to come to your rescue.
