Shi Oh Yu in the DTCL season 7 lineup is one of the 4 new but not strange names. Along with Sy'Fen, Daeja and Idas, Shi Oh Yu is an 8 gold dragon with the same appearance rate as a 4 gold champion in this season 7.
Carrying three clans, Shi Oh Yu has many combinations in DTCL season 7. The equipment in each of her formations can be different, so you will need suggestions if you want to stick with Shi Oh Yu for a long time in a match.

- Dragon God generals require 2 slots on the board, gain 600 extra health, and only activate when there is only 1 Dragon God standing on the board.

Shi Oh Yu deals a wide variety of damage but mainly depends on physical damage. Items for Shi Oh Yu are usually damage support items such as Giant Slayer, Infinity Edge, Green Bow, Gem Gauntlet, Giant's Power, Mad Bow, Hand of Justice . Blood Sword helps restore health and Mad Blade supports additional attack speed to cast skills faster.
Shi Oh Yu may not need defensive items because she already has healing from the Jade Statue and Magic Resistance from the Mystic. Sometimes you just need to give Shi Oh Yu the Cloak of Darkness or the Cloak of Decipherment to help her stay on the field longer.

Shi Oh Yu DTCL season 7 lineup, Shi Oh Yu season 7 build
9 Ngoc Long

A basic team if you decide to follow Jade Dragon and take Shi Oh Yu. This is the milestone of gathering 7 Jade Dragon generals and the main damage of the team will be Ashe or Karma. Add Arrow or Dragon Warrior generals so you can increase the damage of Karma and Ashe in the early game, you can roll for one of them to 3 stars.
6 Ngoc Long
The number of Jade statues has been reduced, the healing and attack speed buffs from Jade statues have also been reduced, but you will have more options. With 3 Mystics in the team, the added Magic Resistance will extend the time for the team to stand longer.

Shi Oh Yu will be the main damage dealer and tank of this lineup, along with Xayah and Ashe providing secondary damage and Gnar tanking the back row. Bard, Neeko and Lulu will provide crowd control.

If you level up to 4 Mystic, the team will focus all the main damage on Shi Oh Yu. Nami, Neeko and Ashe will support additional damage along with Lulu, Bard for more control. The team's Magic Resistance is now doubled compared to the 3 Mystic milestone, so Shi Oh Yu's equipment only needs to support attack or damage.

Switching to 3 Dragon Warriors, Yasuo and Shi Oh Yu will be the main damage pair of the team. Shi Oh Yu still carries a part of the tank of the squad with Lee Sin and Gnar, Bard is still the main control of the team and increases the rate to 3 stars for Shi Oh Yu and Yasuo.
In general, Shi Oh Yu will stick with the 6 or 9 Dragon Ball milestone and only change the generals next to him. However, whether to change based on damage or defense will depend on which general you find more.
