Error code 0-1 or 7-1
Error codes 0-1 or 7-1 on Samsung TVs are usually related to Smart Hub. This error causes the TV to automatically download faulty or unhealthy content and display mandatory notifications.

How to fix:
- Step 1: Check if the TV is running regular entertainment programs/channels.
- Step 2: Reset the TV by pressing the Initiation button, go to Settings -> select Support -> Self Diagnosis -> Reset Smart Hub -> enter the PIN code to restart the system network.
- Step 3: Review the Terms and Conditions on your TV.
Error Code 001 or Error.exe.001
This error code may appear on Samsung TV when you open the Web Browser app on Samsung TV or it may also be related to the Smart Hub service.
How to fix:
You customize the Smart Hub service on Samsung TV compatible with the country - region you are using with the following steps:
On 2018 Samsung TVs: Open the location services menu by pressing the Forward + 289 + Rewind buttons on the remote -> press Open. Then, select the region you live in (or close to the region you live in) from the list that appears.
On Samsung TVs 2019 and later: Press the Home button on the screen -> select Settings -> select Support -> select Self Diagnosis -> select the Reset Smart Hub option -> enter the 4-digit PIN -> log in to your Samsung account to access Smart Hub.
Note: During adjustment, the TV needs to be connected to the Internet with a stable signal.
Error code 012
Error code 012 is usually caused by poor network connection, appearing when you are setting up and updating applications on Samsung TV from Samsung App Store.

How to fix:
- Step 1: Turn off the TV and router for about 5 - 10 minutes, then turn them back on.
- Step 2: Check the signal transmission by connecting wifi to another electronic device (such as phone, tablet). Try connecting the TV to some other wireless network points to check the TV's network connection ability.
Error code 102
Error code 102 appearing on Samsung TV can be due to several reasons:
- Network signal is disconnected.
- Incorrect DNS server settings.
- The program or firmware is out of date.
- TV MAC address is blocked.
- The router (or modem) is faulty.
How to fix:
- Step 1: Disconnect and then reconnect the TV's network.
- Step 2: If it is due to DNS server settings error, readjust DNS parameters by going to Settings -> select General -> select Network -> select Network Status -> select IP Settings -> select DNS Settings -> enter 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4.
- Step 3: If the Mac address on the TV is blocked by the ISP (or has an error), go to Settings -> select Support -> select Self-diagnosis -> restart Smart Hub.

You can also call your Internet service provider and ask them to check and unlock your TV's MAC address.
- Step 4: Check and update the latest firmware on your TV.
- Step 5: You should replace your router or modem if they are too old or prone to technical problems.
Error code 105
Network connection problems are the cause of error code 105 on Samsung TVs.
How to fix:
- Step 1: Open the router settings on your computer.
- Step 2: Add the TV's MAC address by going to Settings -> select Support -> select About TV -> note down the wireless MAC address and provide it to your ISP so they can unblock or whitelist it.

Error code 107/116/301
Error code 107/116/301 on Samsung TV related to Open API and Smart Hub can occur due to poor network connection or disconnection.
How to fix:
- Step 1: Restart Smart Hub on TV.
- Step 2: Turn off the router for about 5 minutes and then turn it back on.
- Step 3: Update the firmware on the TV via USB.
Error code 118
Error code 118 on Samsung TV is related to Smart Hub not being able to connect to Samsung server due to network connection.
How to fix:
- Step 1: Reinstall Smart Hub on TV.
- Step 2: Restart your TV and router.
Error code ERROR_MODEL_BIND
This error may appear due to the wifi router or the TV software.
How to fix:
- Step 1: Turn off and restart the router.
- Step 2: Fix the error on the TV by going to Settings -> select General -> select the Reset option -> enter the 4-digit PIN (the default PIN is usually 0000).
