Syndra DTCL season 8 does not require many champions on the field, only requires champions in the queue for her to throw onto the field. Syndra is a champion that can both deal damage and cause control in the late game.
Besides Syndra, some VBTT champions are good enough to become the team's carry right from the start. Kai'Sa, Nilah, Lux and Taliyah this season 8 can all be used for the main position from at least early to mid game.

Ability: Syndra surrounds a random 1/1/9 champion on your bench in a sphere, granting them a 200/500/4000 health shield and flinging them onto the board towards the nearest enemy, knocking them up and stunning them for 1/1/8 seconds while dealing an additional 50/250/2000 magic damage to any enemies hit. Traits are not affected by flinging champions except Darken.

Still magic items, because Syndra deals magic damage to champions by throwing allies from the queue into the arena, the source of damage will depend on the queue. But that's only when Syndra is 3 stars, otherwise she will throw a star onto the board to deal magic damage and stun.
Syndra's items are still just Oversized Rod > Tears > Giant's Belt > Sparring Gloves > BF Sword.

Just like Taliyah DTCL season 8 , Syndra's two traits will provide AP and mana to quickly cast skills. Just focus on 1 or 2 traits and you will know what items to wear for Syndra.
Rell supports the tank for this 6 Lovers team, below Syndra and Soraka will be the two main damage dealers. Janna is the support champion for the 6 champions below with support.
Star Guardian
Same as the arrangement of the 6 Star Guardians team above but with the Star Guardians, Syndra's casting time and the other Star Guardians in the team will be quite fast. At this point, you just need to equip her with damage items instead of Blue Charm or Shojin Spear.
Rell is still the main tank in the team and has Ekko supporting her. Below, Taliyah and Syndra will be the main source of damage. With Kai'sa, you can replace her with Lux if you get 3 stars early.
Syndra has a simple skill and class but deals damage and stuns quite effectively. Although she has 2 classes and is easy to play, because she is a 5 gold champion, you will have to wait a while before you can put Syndra in the team.
