iOS 18 has some customizations for the home screen such as changing the size of widgets on iOS 18 or hiding the application name from the screen. You can change the size of the application and hide the application name from the screen to avoid confusion when installing many applications. Besides, we can also change the color of the application to the way we want with many different color gamuts. Below are instructions to hide the application name on the iOS 18 home screen.
How to hide app names on iOS 18
Step 1:
On the iPhone home screen interface, press and hold the screen . Next, press the Edit button in the top left corner to change the screen. Then press Customize to change.
Step 2:
Now users will see the customization for the application on iOS 18. To hide the application name from the iOS 18 screen , switch to the Large option . This will enlarge the application icons and widgets on the iPhone home screen as shown below.
Step 3:
Below are the light and dark options for the app icons on the iPhone. Or when you tap on Colored you will see the color adjustment interface for the app on the iPhone.
Step 4:
Here you choose the color you want to use for the application on iPhone with the color gamut in the 2 bars below the interface.
