What is the best AI photo background remover?
People spend too much time manually removing backgrounds, and AI isn't always the magic it claims to be.
One of the great benefits of Google Docs is the ability to work with others simultaneously from anywhere. Now, Adobe is introducing a similar feature to Photoshop, allowing users to work together efficiently on an image.
Users can now collaborate directly within Adobe Photoshop
Announced today on the Adobe blog, you can now sign up to beta test a new Photoshop feature that lets multiple users edit the same project simultaneously. Here's how Adobe describes the update:
“Multiple creators can now access and edit documents simultaneously from multiple computers – unlocking shared creativity and collaboration. This groundbreaking advancement, informed by community input, accelerates content creation, streamlines communication, and improves flexible collaboration for creators, teams, and educators.”
It's easy to see how this feature would be useful for professionals who might need to break down and conquer a design or ask for explicit feedback from a client. Furthermore, Adobe markets the Live Co-Editing feature to students and educators as a tool to "demonstrate workflows and teach techniques . "

You can sign up for the Live Co-Editing for Photoshop beta through this Adobe form .
Note : Adobe's blog post suggests there may be a waitlist.
Upgrade Photoshop review features
This isn’t the first collaboration feature Adobe has introduced to Photoshop, but it’s certainly a big improvement. In fact, Adobe’s Photoshop, Illustrator, and Fresco all added document collaboration features in 2021. Then, with the release of Photoshop 24.3, Adobe tweaked the Share for review button to include an option called Invite to edit . This feature added support for asynchronous editing, so collaborators could work on the same document but at different times.
The Share for review dialog also allows users to create a sharing link and customize commenting permissions. While these features have done wonders for improving remote collaboration in Photoshop, the ability to work simultaneously opens up new doors, eliminating all the back-and-forth.
As more and more work becomes remote, features that allow us to work together from anywhere—in a productive way—are becoming increasingly important. Hopefully, Adobe’s Live Co-Editing update will save a lot of time and not be an opportunity for managers to cram too many people into creative spaces.
