Method 3: Center at Paragraph
Select all the content in the table you want to center, then click on Home, look at Paragraph and click Align Center to center the cell.
In case you want to create a space above each cell, select the Line and Paragraph Spacing icon and then click Add Space Before Paragraph to center the cell in Word.

Method 4: How to align text using Cell Alignment
Step 1:
To be able to align the content to the center of the cell, you cannot press Enter to go to the next line because this is not the standard and accurate way. We have to use the Align Table function available on Word.
First, highlight the content that needs to be aligned to the center, then right-click and select Cell Alignment . A list of different positions in the table on Word appears to adjust the content in the table. Here we will select the middle position by clicking on the center square icon .

If you want to align the content in an Excel table cell, click on the Home tab and then click on the 2 horizontal and vertical centering icons as shown below.
