Registry Editor is a powerful Windows editing tool at your disposal, but it's quite complex and confusing for those who aren't used to it; and it will be very harmful if you accidentally delete or change a wrong value in the Registry causing your operating system to fail. So follow these steps very carefully.
Open the Run dialog box by pressing the Windows logo key + R (or open start, type Run ), and then press Enter .
Type Regedit -> Enter to open Regedit window .
From the list displayed on the left, you open the following link:
Computer \ HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Explorer \ RunMRU
At this point, in the right window you will see the command line entered in the Data column . Right-click on the command line you want to delete (click in the Name column ) and select Delete .
Windows will ask if you are sure you want to delete, select Yes .
Note: Do not delete the [ Default ] and MRUlist lines because these are the two basic command lines created by Windows, if deleted they will cause errors.
So you've deleted the command line is not needed in Run already. Please open the Run window again and check the results offline. This way of deleting is a bit of a hassle in the Registry search process, but in return it can be done in all versions of Windows and gives us the choice to choose the lines to delete rather than delete the whole like Other ways below.
This way, you just need to download the latest CCleaner software and do some simple steps:
