Also, make sure you give Gemini access to your microphone for audio input. Then, open the Google Sheets tab.
Once done, confirm that Gemini can see your screen by talking directly to the device. Once confirmed, you can ask Gemini anything you need help with in the spreadsheet and it will walk you through it step by step.
For example, you can see Gemini confirming that it can see the screen above and is even smart enough to know that a spreadsheet is open.
You can then ask Gemini anything you want to do in the spreadsheet and it will guide you through it like an expert is sitting right next to you. While you can already use Gemini in Google Sheets, AI Studio is better built-in. The only downside at the time of writing is that Google limits sessions to 10 minutes, which may be restrictive depending on what you need help with.
