The Powerful mode on the air conditioner is an upgraded Cool mode, which helps to reduce the room temperature faster by increasing the cooling capacity of the air conditioner by 10%. This is also the strongest mode of the air conditioner.
When Powerful mode is activated, both the compressor and fan are pushed to maximum power.
This mode will be maintained for up to 20 minutes, after which the air conditioner will automatically switch back to normal cooling mode (Cool).
How to enable Powerful mode
To activate Powerful mode, simply press the Powerful button on the air conditioner remote control. When the air conditioner beeps and the “strongman” symbol appears on the control screen, Powerful mode has been successfully activated.
Why you shouldn't use Powerful mode
Powerful mode will put the air conditioner into a “full power” state continuously for up to 20 minutes to achieve 10% stronger operation than normal cooling mode. If you use Powerful mode for a long time and high frequency, you need to clean and maintain the air conditioner more often than usual.
In Powerful mode, the air conditioner will consume more electricity because it operates at high capacity continuously. Therefore, users should limit the use of Powerful mode if they do not really need to cool the room "almost immediately" to avoid incurring unnecessary costs.
If you want to cool down quickly when you get home, you can follow a few tips to make the air conditioner cool faster, such as turning on the air-flow mode to cool the room more evenly, opening the room door to let hot air out, using a standing fan to optimize electricity and help the air conditioner last longer.
