Course Lesson 17: Sequins for Nail Art
Not all that glitters is gold… in fact they are sequins!
In today's lesson I'll talk about wonderful sequin for nail art that we can apply on our nails. A bit '80s, yes, but of great effect.
They are available in various sizes and in all colors, available in beauty supply stores or bazaars, their application is simple and, if used wisely, they will give your hands very special effects.
In my opinion, sequins can also be quite discreet… it's up to you to know how to mediate in the play between light and color.
We see in detail the use of sequins from Nail Art:
The perfect fit of sequins from Nail Art is the media (because small ones look like studs), but if you really want the effect the 80 years you should choose large ones. Sometimes exaggerating is nice!
USE:
The sequins from Nail Art can be applied in two different ways: the first method is used to obtain a defined finish and orderly, while the second is used to obtain a result of explosion of light and color.
The first method of application is the same as that used for glitter, we can position the sequins to our taste by creating a shape, perhaps even a letter, or simply drawing a French a little extravagant (as in my case).
The second way to apply the sequins from Nail Art, however, requires the use of a fan brush and proceed as follows:
1) Apply a nail polish of your choice and let it dry thoroughly
2) apply a top coat and proceed immediately to the next step without letting it dry
3) collect the sequins with the fan brush 4) apply the collected sequins by lightly passing the brush over the nail, they will remain attached thanks to the top coat 5) dust off the excess sequins and spread a pass of top coat that will serve to secure them further
That's all and what a light it is !!!
