Due to the prolonged epidemic situation, teachers and students all had to take a long Tet holiday. Therefore, the need to use support tools in online teaching is increasing. WebTech360 will guide teachers on how to create an automatic grading test using Microsoft Forms (Teachers need an Office 365 account or a Microsoft account)
After logging in to Office.com, teachers follow the steps below
- Select Forms from the list of applications, and click New Test to start creating your teacher's quiz.
- Enter a name for the test. Teachers can also enter an optional subtitle for their test ( select , then select the subtitle to add a subtitle to the question).
- Teachers click Add question to add a new question to the test.
In the form there are question types such as: choice , text , rating , or date . Teachers can also click More… and choose a rating , Likert or Net Promoter Score®
- Next, the teacher enters the subject content for each question
- Teachers want to add more options, click More options to add more options (default two choices). Click the Correct Answer button next to each correct answer.
- To remove a selection, click the trash can button next to it. Teachers can also choose to make the question ask or allow multiple choice for the question by changing the settings at the bottom of the question.
- Enter a score in the text box to assign a point value to a correct answer
- Click the notification button next to the choices if you want to show a message to students when choosing that option as their answer.
- To display math formulas , press … , then select math .
Teachers click on the sub title text box, the math toolkit will automatically appear for teachers to choose.
- Some math formulas will trigger the auto answer.
Teachers can click Add all to add all suggested answers, or select each answer
- Next, teachers can click more questions or copy to create more questions for their test
To copy a question, select the question to copy, and then click the Copy Question button in the upper-right corner.
- Click preview at the top of the design window to see how your teacher's tests look on a computer or mobile device. To check your teacher's quiz, enter the answers to the quiz questions in preview mode and then click Submit .
Click Back when the teacher finishes previewing the test
