Step 1:
At the main interface of the iPhone, select the Settings application .

Step 2:

We choose the two names that we want to export in the phonebook and select the gear icon (bottom left corner) → Export vCard.

Step 5:
After successful export, the contacts will be collected into a file on the computer with VCF extension.
Right-click → Open With to select the application to open this file (Outlook, People application or Windows Contact).
