If you cannot connect to the Internet to convert from a web service or cannot download and install the conversion software successfully, try this last method. This is the traditional manual method that people often use. Use the PrntScr button on the keyboard in combination with the MS Paint program available in Windows. In this way, you will have to take screenshots of each pdf page and paste them into the Paint application to convert them into image files.
