How to record and record a presentation in PowerPoint
Step 1: Click File on the main PowerPoint interface.

Step 2: Select Options.

Step 3: In the PowerPoint Options interface , select Customize Ribbon . Then look at the far right of the screen, check Recording , then click OK.

Step 4: Immediately, you will see the Recording tab on the Ribbon. With the following functions:
- Record Slide Show: Record audio or video.
- Screenshot: Take a screenshot of the computer screen.
- Screen Recording: Record the screen.
- Video: Insert a video into PowerPoint.
- Audio: Insert audio from a personal computer and record audio directly into the slide.
- Save as Show: Save the presentation to *.ppsx format.
- Export to Video: Export to video format.

Step 5: To proceed with recording and recording the presentation, click Record Slide Show to see 2 options displayed:
- Record from Current Slide: Record from the current slide.
- Record from Beginning: Record from the first slide.

Step 6: Then, click Start Recording to start the process of recording the presentation.

Step 7: Immediately after the recording interface appears, now you start speaking, presenting to record again.

Step 8: If you want to pause recording, click Pause , click End Show to end. You can also use additional tools such as Pen or Highlighter to take notes, highlight important places, and places to emphasize in the slide.

Step 8: To save the recorded file, click Export to Video or go to File > Export > Create a Video , then select Create Video.

Step 9: Then choose where to save the recorded video, then click Save.

Step 10: Wait a while for the file saving process to complete.
