How to create a shared reminder on iPhone
Step 1:
First, you need to enable Reminders in iCloud settings . Go to Settings on your iPhone, then tap on your account name. Then tap on iCloud to adjust.
Switch to the new interface, click on Saved iCloud and then click See all . Then you need to activate the Reminders application .
Step 2:
Open the Reminders app and tap Add List at the bottom. Then create a reminder list , enter a name and choose a color, then tap Save to save it.
Step 3:
You fill in the list content and then click on the share icon in the right corner of the interface. Now we select Message and enter the phone number of the person who wants to share this common reminder list.
The person who receives the message will need to tap Open to open the reminder in their app and agree to participate.

To track completed items and newly added items in the shared reminder list, you should enable the setting. Go to the Reminders app , tap on your avatar , and select Manage Shared List . Then enable Adding Items when someone adds items and Completing Items when someone completes items.

To remove a member from a group , click Manage Shared List , then click the person you want to remove and select Remove Access .
