You have just bought a Panasonic air conditioner that can connect to the Panasoic Comfort Cloud app on your smartphone but are still struggling with how to connect. Let WebTech360 learn how to connect air-conditioning with Panasonic Comfort Cloud application via smartphone .
First, make sure your air conditioner has been installed with the CZ-TACG1 network adapter by technicians. And your phone must be a smartphone running Android or iOS.

Step 1: Access to Play Store on Android or App store on iOS to download Panasonic Comfort Cloud app. Also, make sure your air conditioner is turned on.
Step 2: Wait until the app is downloaded and installed is complete, access the application.
Step 3: Select "+" to add an air conditioner, continue to select "Air conditloner" à then select "External wireless adapter - External wireless adapter" à then click "Start - Start" displayed on the screen. Figure.
Step 4: Confirm that the LED on the network adapter blinks, then select “Next - Continue” on the screen.
Step 5: Use pins to press the Reset button on the network adapter to reboot the device.
Step 6: Next, click "Next - Continue" and then select "LED is OFF - LED off" on the screen.
After you have successfully performed the above steps, you can continue to do the following to connect to AP Mode:
1. You continue to select "Connect with AP mode - Connect with AP mode" on the phone screen.
2. Press “SETUP” on the network adapter until the LED turns orange.
3. Click “Next - Continue” on the screen.
4. Enter the password of the selected wireless router.
5. Press “OK” after entering the password.
6. Wait until the “Link” light turns green and steady - it may take a few minutes.
7. After seeing the green light on but not flashing, you click on "Next - Continue".
8. Enter the device name. You can find the device's name on the box or on the adapter cord.
9. After entering the device name, type in the password you want. For example: password123. Next, select on "Register - Register".
11. Name your air conditioner. Example: Living. Finally, click on "Register - Register" and you are successfully connected to AP mode.
You can also do the following to connect to WPS Mode:
1. Press the “WPS” button on the device.
2. Select "Connect with WPS mode" on the phone screen à then select "Next - Continue".
3. Hold down the “SETUP” button on the network switch until the “Status” and “Link” lights flash at the same time.
4. Wait until the “Link” LED is lit and stable - it may take a few minutes.
5. Select "Next - Continue". You wait until the green light is on but does not blink.
6. Click "Next - Continue".
7. Enter the device ID number. You can find the device's name on the box or on the adapter cord.
8. After entering the ID number, enter the password. For example: Password123. Next, click on "Register - Register".
9. Name your air conditioner. Example: Living. Then, you click "Register - Register" on the screen to successfully connect with WPS mode.
